Walter Mannino Bio
Walter Mannino previously was employed at Saddlebrook Resort in Wesley Chapel, Fla., and Northbrook Racquet Club in Northbrook, Ill.
Walter studied business management at St. Mary's University of Minnesota.
He was an NCAA Division III All-American and All-Conference player.
Walter says he became a tennis pro in 2003 "because I had an immense passion for the game.
I love to be on court all day and love to help people with their games and fitness. There is nothing else in the world I'd rather be doing.
"My expertise in the game would be my technical soundness, helping people with their footwork and strokes," he says. "As a tennis pro my greatest accomplishment has been working my way up in the industry - going from a summer camp instructor, to a country club, to one of the top tennis academies in the world, to now the head tennis pro at a country club.
He was a nationally ranked junior and played many national tournaments.
"Outside of the tennis industry, my greatest accomplishment has been getting my education and being involved in many activities, such as being an Eagle Scout," Walter says.
"My future goals are to develop people's games to national levels and to be able to travel with more juniors.” |
